Vermont ACCD has not published a formal OZ 2.0 nomination process as of May 7, 2026; the agency's OZ page reflects OZ 1.0 content and no community input portal or deadline has been announced. Contact ACCD today through accd.vermont.gov/about-us/contact-us — reach the Economic Development division — to ask when ACCD will open community input on OZ 2.0 nominations and offer to provide tract-level eligibility and rural-designation data for any tracts your jurisdiction wants prioritized. Vermont has only 24 eligible tracts statewide, all of them rural-designated under Notice 2025-50, and ACCD may nominate all 24 (the statutory minimum covers the entire eligible pool), so even communities that assume they are already in should confirm directly that their tract is on the nomination list.
